The Best Mobile App Awards is committed to showcasing the latest and greatest mobile apps on the market today.
The team wanted a custom website built in ASP.NET with an MSSQL Backend. Responsive design was a must since it’s pretty important for a website dealing with mobile apps to look good on mobile devices, naturally. Our design team worked with the client to wireframe out a site that is not only easy to navigate but has an easy to follow flow from visitors to submissions.
The initial prototype was built in WordPress to gauge potential interest. After a tremendous rush of traffic to the site, the client decided to move it out of WordPress and onto a custom-made code-base to have full control of all functionality.
The new version of the website launched November 21, 2013 and traffic doubled within two months of the new launch.
